Work Smarter back on the road

GROHE has a long-standing track record in supporting its professional partners in the sanitary sector with comprehensive services and well thought-out products. Now the company is expanding its commitment to the sector. This year will see the Work Smarter Tour spread the GROHE Professional message at even more locations across Europe.

A fleet of four mobile showrooms and training centres will go on tour to inform about a selection of products and GROHE Professional Services. 450 locations in 17 countries are currently already planned for the roadshow.

Even more effective support for specialist partners

The Work Smarter Tour completed a comprehensive itinerary through Europe last year. Some 4,000 interested professionals attended the mobile showroom and training centre in seven countries.

This resounding success encouraged GROHE to expand the Work Smarter schedule for this year.  

The Work Smarter Tour 2015 will cover all areas of GROHE Professional including sanitary systems and behind-the-wall technology, special faucets, connection and safety technology plus new and classic products for kitchens, bathrooms and home spas.

Touchscreen terminals, large screens, information boards and installed products will be used to acquaint visitors with GROHE Professional. A GROHE sales specialist and a technical trainer will be on hand to answer questions. The trainer will also be in charge of demonstrating the efficiency of the streamlined installation processes in the training section of the truck. Once again the campaign will be supported by numerous advertising and POS materials supplied to local wholesalers so that they can announce the Work Smarter Tour 2015 to sanitary professionals in their respective areas.

Activities for sanitary professionals are expanded further

The manufacturer’s professional partners are also at the heart of GROHE SMART, the free bonus programme which makes every order count. Building on the resounding success in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, GROHE recently rolled out this loyalty programme to numerous other countries, namely the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Pakistan and Sweden. In addition, it will shortly be launched in Denmark, the Czech Republic and the UK as well. With some 12,000 members enrolled across Europe, GROHE SMART boasts the strongest membership of all bonus programmes in the sanitary industry. 

The success of the concept is rooted in its simplicity. All sanitary professionals can go to the GROHE Professional website at www.grohesmart.com to register as a SMART member. Once they have registered, all they have to do is use the SMART Reader app to scan the QR codes displayed on almost all packaged GROHE products. The app also allows them to view their accumulated bonus points and redeem them for attractive rewards from a constantly updated list. Rewards are available from a variety of areas from cordless drills or automatic coffee makers to digital cameras – there is something for everyone. Special promotion campaigns allow earning extra points from time to time. Members who do not visit the website very often can stay on top of current campaigns, newly offered rewards and their bonus point balance by a newsletter which is published regularly.
