GP Ice Race 2019 at Zell am See

PORSCHE EXPERIENCE with an on-site promotional booth

Two days of motor sports under extreme conditions in an extraordinary atmosphere. Once almost forgotten, it is now enjoying a revival: the traditional ice race at Zell am See, Austria. Amateurs and professionals, teams and manufacturers of various classes compete against one another on ice and snow to deliver the best performance. It’s a winter highlight for Porsche enthusiasts and fans of motorized dreams; an intense experience of freedom, precision and speed.

The GP Ice Race at Zell am See (19/20 January 2019) puts on display an impressive spectrum of historical and modern day race-and rallye vehicles, the likes of which has never been seen before so concentrated in a single spot. In addition to traditional skijoring, where skiers are pulled by car, this peerless spectacle offers motorsport enthusiasts action in four categories of vintage race cars along with modern-day race and rallye vehicles.

A high-caliber event like this would hardly be complete without PORSCHE EXPERIENCE. Indeed, driving pleasure begins from the moment you accelerate a Porsche. This event also gives PORSCHE EXPERIENCE an opportunity to proffer its very comprehensive and enormously attractive offering to current and future customers in the “travel experience”, “track experience” and also in the “ice experience” divisions.

For the Ice Race, the CUBE.expo served as the perfect solution: an inviting info booth that the public could readily identify with. Its large glazed enclosure – equipped with several heating panels –insulated against the cold and allowed the CUBE.expo to withstand temperatures that dipped all the way down to -17 degrees quite well.
